User consent to personal data processing

This consent is executed separately from other documents (Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006, Art. 9). By giving consent in a website form, the User confirms the following.

1. Subject of the consent

I, the individual whose name and contact details I provide in the request form on https://snabio.ru, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to processing of my personal data.

Limited Liability Company “Snabio” (OOO “Snabio”), INN 1686037282, KPP 168601001, OGRN 1241600013126. Current phone and contact channel — via the “Contact us” button on the website.

3. Purposes of processing

receiving and handling a commercial request for products;
feedback on the request (phone, e-mail);
recording and supporting the inquiry in the operator’s information systems.

This consent does not cover advertising or marketing mailings.

4. Personal data

name (or contact person designation);
phone and e-mail address;
delivery city / address;
INN of the buyer organization;
product and request parameters;
technical request data (IP address, browser/device information, page address, date and time).

5. Processing actions and methods

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to processors as described in the Personal data processing and protection policy, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.

6. Term and withdrawal

The consent remains in force until the purposes are achieved or until withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn via the “Contact us” button on the website. Withdrawal may make further handling of the current request impossible.

7. Confirmation

By ticking the consent checkbox on the website and submitting the form, I confirm that I have read this Consent (version v1) and consent to personal data processing on the stated terms.
