Personal data processing and protection policy

Edition dated 24.08.2026. This document sets out the policy of Limited Liability Company “Snabio” on personal data processing when using the website https://snabio.ru (including language versions and request forms), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to personal data processing when using snabio.ru, request forms and related services. The website is intended for B2B requests for commercial offers for chemical products. The data subject is an individual acting as a contact person of an applicant organization (not a consumer within the meaning of RF Law No. 2300-1).

• applicants (contact persons of organizations submitting a request via website forms).

• name of the contact person;
• phones and e-mail address;
• delivery city / address;
• INN of the buyer organization;
• requested product details, quantity, units and comments;
• technical request data (IP address, browser/device information, page address, date and time, service logs);
• cookies and data stored in the browser on the device as needed for forms and (where consented) analytics.

5. Purposes of processing

• receiving, registering and handling a commercial request;
• feedback to the applicant and clarification of supply terms;
• ensuring website operability and security;
• compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Analytics cookies, if enabled later, are used only after consent.

6. Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ: the subject’s consent (request forms; analytics cookies where used); Art. 6(1)(5) — steps at the subject’s request prior to a contract; the operator’s legitimate interest — website security and necessary technical cookies.

7. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision) to processors to the extent required for the purposes, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

• hosting and website infrastructure;
• mail services for correspondence on requests;
• carriers and banks where needed to perform obligations.

9. Localization

Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is stored and processed using databases located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

10. Retention periods

• request data — until the purposes are achieved and for periods required for accounting and other mandatory records;
• technical logs — up to 12 months;
• cookies and on-device browser data — as per the Cookie Policy.

11. Rights of the data subject

The subject may request information about processing, rectification, blocking or deletion of data, and withdraw consent via the “Contact us” button on the website. Withdrawal of consent may affect further handling of the current request.

12. Security measures

The operator applies organizational and technical measures, including access limited to authorized staff and HTTPS for data transmission.
